This Is a Love Story

For my mother and my grandmothers This work pays homage to her mother and her grandmother and the generations to come. Departing from Gustave Courbet’s world-famous painting L’origine du monde, she tries to find a way to appropriate this work in a collaboration with her mother and her grandmother. The use of photography and film creates an interesting tension between the two media.
